What is Steward?
Steward is a life operating system — part planner, part gentle coach. It helps you figure out what to do right now based on your actual energy, priorities, and capacity. Think of it as the kind, patient friend who helps you get unstuck without making you feel bad about it.
Who is Steward for?
Steward is for overloaded knowledge workers — especially those with ADHD, autism, chronic illness, or anyone whose energy and focus vary from day to day. If traditional productivity tools make you feel worse, Steward is built for you.
How does Steward handle my data?
Your data stays on your device by default. Any AI or cloud features are strictly opt-in, and you can delete everything at any time. We will never sell your data. Read our full privacy policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Since Steward stores data locally on your device, uninstalling the app removes everything. For detailed instructions and information about server-side data, visit our data deletion page.
